IHR Solutions is Deborah Hollands, an expert on multi-cultural organization development and international human resources. She works in locales as diverse as Taipei, Moscow, and Sao Paulo. Formerly the Director of International Human Resources for U S WEST International, she specializes in telecommunications, high-tech, and joint venture start-ups.

Ms.Hollands has attended 27 schools in five countries. Her background includes domestic, expatriate, and international compensation; HR audit and due diligence; benefits and benefit pooling; human resource information systems; organization design and redesign; expatriate policy development; performance management and employee development; multi-cultural team building; Total Quality Management (TQM); executive coaching; and project management.

Certified as a Professional Consultant to Management and Compensation Professional, she has a long and continuous association with the Global Society for Human Resource Management, the Western International Personnel Association (WIPA), the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), and Denver Telecom Professionals (DTP). Additionally she is certified in project management, payroll, TQM, and International Human Resources.

Recent projects in Taiwan, the United Kingdom, South America, the United States, and China involved cultural synergy improvement, due-diligence, HR audit and recommendations, organization redesign, training in HR best practices, employee and supervisor guidance manuals, retention and recruitment strategy, policy development, executive development, and venture negotiations.
